Dana Douglas Dana is a senior user experience specialist at UserWorks, Inc. in the Washington, D.C. area. She has a wide range of experience in user research, including usability testing, accessibility evaluation, heuristic evaluation, survey design, and contextual interviews. She believes in designing user experiences in which users of all backgrounds, abilities, and circumstances can be successful. To meet that goal, she enjoys exploring new tools and methodologies for user research and accessible design, and learning something new each time.
