Elizabeth Zietlow Elizabeth is currently the Associate Head of Insights & Design Strategy for Citi. She’s spent the last 10+ years honing her craft with a focus on facilitating a wide range of user research activities and reimagining research methods to meet real-world constraints. The breadth of her experience spans numerous industries–from ecommerce to education–and a variety of device types–from kiosks to handheld devices. Having spent the bulk of her career in agencies, Elizabeth is now tackling the exciting challenges of product user research in her role at Citi.
Outside of work, Elizabeth co-founded the NYC based UX Researchers Meetup with a focus on knowledge sharing and providing opportunity for researchers at all levels to share their work and ideas. Entering its third year and 1000 members strong, the Meetup has been a successful outlet for NYC-area researchers and UX designers.

Elizabeth earned a Masters degree in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore and was the Graduate Fellow for the University’s User Research Lab.
