Jeff Sauro Jeff is the founder principal of MeasuringU, a UX research firm based in Denver, CO. Prior to founding MeasuringU, he worked at Oracle, PeopleSoft, Intuit and GE. Jeff is the author of 5 books and over 20 research articles on UX and measurement. He has his PhD in Research Methods & Statistics from University of Denver, his Masters in Learning, Design and Technology from Stanford University, and Bachelor’s in IT and TV, radio and film from Syracuse University.
