Jen McGinn Jen McGinn is the Director of User Experience for Veracode, an enterprise application security start-up, based in Burlington, MA. Jen leads a 10-person UX+UA team that creates all of the UX designs, UI standards, documentation, and technical training for Veracode. Before joining Veracode, Jen worked as a user researcher and/or designer at Oracle, Nokia, SolidWorks, and Sun Microsystems where she developed new methods for creating journey maps, personas, and heuristic evaluation. She has given numerous presentations at Boston UXPA, UXPA International, ACM CHI, and Boston CHI, and holds an MS in Human Factors from Bentley University.
