Malia Nagle I am a UX researcher who loves conducting research to help teams better understand their customers and ultimately inform product design and direction. I employ a wide range of research methodologies with a particular expertise in eye tracking usability. Prior to PayPal, I lead research for eBay Enterprise, a division of eBay that focused on ecommerce clients. I have a M.S. in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore.
