Regent Cornell Regent attended San Jacinto College and The University of Houston before beginning his extensive career in training. He began his career facilitating functional courses at Prudential Healthcare where he held a variety of positions, including Corporate Trainer. He then moved on to Texas Children’s Hospital as a Practice Specialist Manager, and then on to Mattress Firm as the Director of Training. For the past 12 years he has been in Human Resources and Talent Development at Ultimate Software, based in Weston, Florida. He travels throughout the country facilitating training classes and presenting on maximizing human performance.
Regent holds several certifications including Fierce Conversations, Myers Briggs, Essentials of Consultative Partnering, and is an HBDI-III Master Facilitator-Herrmann International.
In addition to working at Ultimate Software, Regent serves on the Advisory Board at Herrmann International, and is a board member of the LGBTQIA – PrideUS organization with Ultimate Software.
