Silvia Soccol Silvia has been working in Experience Design for over 15 years, she interacts with people and technology to make the digital easier and delightful for the people who are going to use it. Creative and passionate for innovation, she loves to inspire her team to put the innovation really at the service of people. She graduated at the Politecnico of Milano (Italy) in Industrial Design with a specialization in visual and interface design. She consolidated her design skills by embracing human-centered design approach and Design thinking. Since 2012 she has been part of Avanade’ Experience Design team with the role of Experience Design Lead where she coordinates and oversees the Italian team on digital and service design projects. Silvia is UXQB Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level.
