Steve Fadden Steve currently serves as Director for Analytics UX Research at Salesforce, and teaches a graduate UX research methods course with the UC Berkeley School of Information. He has worked in UX research and design for nearly 20 years. His research and design experience ranges from enterprise software, education tools, and network administration to aviation, security, intelligence, and transportation systems. Steve spent a number of years in consulting and academia, working on grant- and client-funded projects to develop education and training systems for students and personnel with “invisible” disabilities. Steve’s current areas of interest include understanding how people learn, make decisions with, and accomplish their work using analytics and technology.
