Yael Keren Yael is the head of User Experience at Clicktale, where she is responsible for creating a simple and usable experience for the new Clicktale Experience Cloud solution. At Clicktale and in her previous roles at software companies such as IBM, HP and SAP, Yael has gained a lot of experience working closely with a development team that work in agile methodologies. This has led her to look for creative ways to make agile work for UX as well. Yael has a five year old son and a two year old daughter and loves to travel around Israel and the world.
