360° Review of Remote UX

360° Review of Remote UX

As a global business leader, IBM is committed to serve its users around the world. Traditionally, the process of design ideation and user research often relied on face-to-face communication with our end-users. However, with a worldwide user and practitioner population, face to face collaboration is not always logistically practical. With the advances in communication infrastructure, cloud-based applications provide powerful design tools that allow user experience (UX) practitioners to operate anywhere and anytime. This presentation will review the tools and methodologies that IBM CIO Design utilizes to conduct remote UX research and design. Furthermore, you will gain valuable knowledge that will allow them to start your own UX remote operation to support a global user base while utilizing the latest methods in user-centered design.
