As Machine Learning and AI Perform Magic, how can UX Professionals help?

Self-driving cars are taking customers around in Pittsburgh, a robot receptionist gets a job at a Belgian hospital, and Amazon Echo will bring genuinely helpful AI into our homes sooner than expected. Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are not only performing more magic but also have joined our lives. According to new market research, the AI market is estimated to reach USD 5.05 Billion by 2020, growing at a CAGR of 53.65% between 2015 and 2020. What does this trend mean to UX professionals? What should we do to ensure the magical experience is positive instead of confusing or frightening? In this collaborative workshop, we experienced UX professionals will brainstorm ideas how UX professionals should adapt to this new technology trend.
