It’s all too common for UX Researchers to deliver only a portion of the potential that UX research can provide to creating a successful user focused product or service. In this workshop we will provide a framework for formative research that will teach you methods and techniques to ensure that research engages cross-functional teams, impacts product strategy and leverages the knowledge and skills of colleagues and teammates. You will gain hands on experience with implementing techniques such as Assumptive mapping and Design sprint exercises and be provided with assets and tools to support you implement them in your workplace.
