Anne Joutsenvirta Anne has worked as a user researcher in industry over 20 years, both in large corporations such as Fujitsu and Nokia, and in startup environments. During her career, she has worked as an in-house UX person and as a consultant, and has experience with variety of research methods and practices. Anne believes in agile principles in product and service development, and in lean UX research.
