Cindy Lu Cindy Lu leads the User Experience team that designs innovative solutions to serve financial insitutions, advisors and investors. She has created a user research framework and provided creative leadership in designing and implementing user experience solutions. Cindy has been in the field of humanizing technologies for over 25 years. She received Ph.D in Engineering Science with concentraion on Human Factors from Louisana State University. She is also a Certified Human Factors Professional from Board of Certification of Professional Ergonomics.
