Dave Yeats Dave Yeats is a UX researcher at Indeed focused on understanding the experience of job seekers. Over 180 million job seekers in over 60 countries visit Indeed every month. He previously worked at PayPal and Bazaarvoice where he conducted research in cities across the US as well as in London, Paris, Milan, Munich, Berlin, and Sydney. He has published in journals such as Technical Communication and Technical Communication Quarterly. Dave holds a PhD in Technical Communication and Rhetoric from Texas Tech; has taught courses at Auburn, Texas Tech, Texas State, and Mizzou; and has worked as a consultant for companies such as AT&T, JCPenney, Verizon, and Dell.
