User Experience Designer

Felix Portnoy, Ph.D., is a research-driven User Experience Designer. He investigates the users’ interaction with web applications to ensure that customers are able to achieve their goals effectively, efficiently, and enjoy their experience in the process. Felix has led the design efforts for enterprises and startups. His work resulted in measurable improvements of mobile and desktop applications. He is a published researcher and winner of the HFES Best Paper Award in Perception and Cognition, Google Research Award, and the Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award, among other recognitions. Felix has a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Haifa, master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a Doctoral degree in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
