Jake Volz Jake Volz has experience conducting research for both consumer and IT products and services. He is currently a user experience researcher at IBM, where he supports IT Service Management offerings in the IBM Hybrid Cloud portfolio. He earned an M.S. in Human Factors from San Jose State University.
