Jes Koepfler Jes has more than a decade of experience conducting UX research and holds a PhD in Information Studies from the University of Maryland. She oversees the work of EY Intuitive’s UX research team. Jes is passionate about keeping research plugged into the design process. She does this through constant collaboration and flexible research planning. At her core, she is a listener and a pattern finder.
