Keith Instone Keith Instone is a user experience consultant who has branched into areas like economic development and urban planning. He has also been exploring research-practice interaction with Michigan State and information architecture roundtables. He worked for IBM for 10 years, Argus Associates for 2 IA-defining years, and BGSU, doing HCI research in the 90s. He earned a UPA service award in 2006.
