Mark Palmer Mark is a User Experience researcher with over twenty-five years of experience in consulting and corporate product development. He currently leads the Human Centered Design practice at Lextant, a user experience consultancy heavily involved in the creative design and evaluation of products and services in numerous industries. Mark has built, managed and mentored design and research teams in North America, Europe, and Asia with a consistent and effective philosophy of keeping the user at the center of the creative process.
