Michaela Case Michaela Case is a UX Designer at BB&T and her co-owned company, Delta UX. She completed a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Psychology at North Carolina Wesleyan College before going to North Carolina State University where she completed a Human Factors & Ergonomics graduate degree in 2013. Her professional career began at Lenovo in 2011. A few years later, she transitioned to Motorola, then to Fidelity, and currently works at BB&T. She co-founded Delta UX, a small web design and development company, in 2015.
