Rachana Ranade I have 10 years of user research experience with a solid understanding of user centered methodology (UCD), product design and development in e-commerce and finance industry. Here at Fidelity, I lead a team of user researcher and we primarily focusing on Brokerage, Youth Investing, Security, Voice UI and internal associate facing projects. I come from an engineering background and have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and Masters in Industrial Engineering where I specialized in Human Computer Interaction.
