Thomas Tullis Tom Tullis is Vice President of User Experience Research at Fidelity Investments. He joined Fidelity in 1993 and was instrumental in the development of the company’s user research team and state-of-the-art Usability Labs. He is coauthor of the books Measuring the User Experience: Collecting, Analyzing, and Presenting Usability Metrics and Beyond the Usability Lab: Conducting Large-scale User Experience Studies. Tom is also an Adjunct Professor at Bentley University. In 2011, he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by UXPA and in 2013 he was inducted into the CHI Academy.
