I’ve been working in the Experience Design field since 200. I’m currently leading Avanade Experience Design Talent Community, a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary team of UX Designers, Visual Designers, Experience Technologists and Content Strategists. We are about 230 people focused on applying the fundamental tenets of human-centered-design to customer experience and service design.
My main interest is in people, exploring how new products and services can bring improvements to their daily life. I strongly believe that to deliver great experiences we have to understand how they really live their lives, what they feel, need or would need. And we have to use this knowledge to better frame our design process.
