Florian Forester Florian is a user experience researcher on Facebook’s Business Design team. He applies HCI and customer-driven innovation methods to help teams understand needs of people and businesses and shape product strategy. In his role, he often collaborates with marketing, sales and operations teams to leverage insights and create shared knowledge across different organizations within Facebook.
Florian holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
